    We're dog friendly! Shopping in store with a friend is more fun than shopping alone, full stop. So we've made life easier for you and your furry friend. Our store features "Pooch Parking" where you can tie up your dog while you browse, with treats and a dog refill water station available to keep them happy.   • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club, Maestro, and Electron, Apple Pay and Google Pay and also cash for in-store purchases. Shop confidently with our SSL-secured checkout.
  • What are your Delivery Times?
    Our delivery time is 5 - 7 working days for standard delivery, which is tracked via a reliable courier. We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and if ordered by 6pm, orders will normally be dispatched by midday the next working day.
  • Can I click and collect or return my purchase myself?
    You are welcome to collect or return your order to our shop in Cranfield, Bedfordshire at no extra cost. Collecting my order: Simply select the 'Collection' option upon checkout, then continue through to payment. Once your order is ready you will receive an email confirmation with collection instructions. Collection local to Cranfield is free, however please note that collection times will be 1-2 working days to collect your items.   • How can I track my order?
    Once you have placed your order you will receive confirmation email and another once your item(s) have been dispatched, you will then be emailed direct from the courier with a tracking number and shipping progress. You can also track your order at your My Account, once you've logged in.
  • How will I know when my item(s) have been shipped?
    You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your items have been shipped. Please note, if you have ordered multiple items they may be dispatched separately on rare occasions.
  • How can I amend my order?
    We pride ourselves in quickly dispatching your items, so this may cause a slight delay in your delivery. We try to package and dispatch your order by midday the next working day (2pm at the latest), therefore any changes to your order must be stated before this time. Please Contact Us as soon as possible with your amendments and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please note, if your order has already been processed and/or dispatched we will be unable to amend it.

    If for any reason, you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order. Please Contact us https://www.housetohaven.co.uk/contact within 48 hours of placing your order. If 48 hours has lapsed, you will need to follow the returns procedure to return the unwanted products.
