We're dog friendly! Shopping in store with a friend is more fun than shopping alone, full stop. So we've made life easier for you and your furry friend. Our store features "Pooch Parking" where you can tie up your dog while you browse, with treats and a dog refill water station available to keep them happy.

Our delivery time is 5 - 7 working days for standard delivery, which is tracked via a reliable courier. We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and if ordered by 6pm, orders will normally be dispatched by midday the next working day.

You are welcome to collect or return your order to our shop in Cranfield, Bedfordshire at no extra cost.

Collecting my order:

Simply select the 'Collection' option upon checkout, then continue through to payment. Once your order is ready you will receive an email confirmation with collection instructions. Collection local to Cranfield is free, however please note that collection times will be 1-2 working days to collect your items. We will do our very best to ensure you get your items as fast as possible.

Once you have placed your order you will receive confirmation email and another once your item(s) have been dispatched, you will then be emailed direct from the courier with a tracking number and shipping progress.

We pride ourselves in quickly dispatching your items, so this may cause a slight delay in your delivery. We try to package and dispatch your order by midday the next working day (2pm at the latest), therefore any changes to your order must be stated before this time.
